(Corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut free)
- 1 small head of cabbage, chunked
- 1 medium carrot, in chunks
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 3 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. ground mustard (grind the seed in a coffee grinder)
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except paprika. Pulse on/off until desired texture is reached. Transfer to serving bowl and chill. Garnish with paprika.
