Sugarfree Trail Mix: Healthy Snacks Of Champions
Making a healthy snacks version of a good sugarfree trail mix can be a combination of all your favorites in one convenient snack pack. Toss in an assortment of dried fruits, whole wheat cereals or cracker thins, some nuts and seeds for variety and you have the perfect on-the-go treat for office,home or play. Just remember, it is supposed to be a sugarfree version so go easy on the M&M's.
Ingredients- 2 cups toasted oat cereal
- 1 cup wheat chex cereal
- 1/4 cup dried goji berries (use dried cranberries if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup seedless raisins(your choice dark or gold)
- 2 T. unsalted peanuts
- 2 T. unsalted almonds
- 2 T. unsalted cashews
- 2 T. unsalted sunflower or pumpkin seeds
In a large Ziploc bag combine all ingredients and toss. Portion control into individual packets and store in an airtight container for 3 weeks.
