Succotash Medley:
Fresh Corn And Lima Blend

This recipe of Succotash medley is so simple yet the flavor is excellent as a side dish some evening when you need quick and simple.

(Dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy (use rice milk)tree nut free)

  • 1 box (10oz) frozen lima beans
  • 1 box (10oz) frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup soy or rice milk
  • 1 T. canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Cook frozen corn and lima's as directed on the package. Mix together with milk, oil, salt and pepper.

Makes 6 servings One serving= 125 calories, 3 grams fat, 22 grams carbohydrates, 116 mg sodium, 3 grams fiber
