Toss nuts with oil. Mix the spices and orange peel together well and place in a zip-lock bag with the nuts. Shake well. Spread on a ungreased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings. One serving=200 calories, 21 grams fat, 2 grams protein, 4 grams carbohydrates, 1 mg. sodium
