Spaghetti Sauce
and Meatballs:
Always The Universal Favorite

Spaghetti sauce and meatballs, for the best possible results, this recipe works very well if done in a slow cooker to achieve the best possible blend of flavors.

Recipe Book

(dairy, egg, gluten, peanut, tree nut free)

  • 1 can(48 oz) tomato juice
  • 3 cans(6 oz each) tomato paste
  • 3 T. dried parsley flakes
  • 3 T. granulated sugar
  • 2 T. dried basil leaves
  • 1 T. dried rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese(omit for dairy free)
  • 1 recipe Homemade Breakfast Sausage

In a large slow cooker, combine all ingredients, except sausage, mix well. Cook all day on low heat. Add the prepared meatballs during the last hour of cooking to blend flavors well. Stir occasionally. Serve with your favorite pasta.
