Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss potatoes with salt, pepper and onion flakes in 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish. Shake remaining ingredients together in a jar and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour or until browned. Makes 4 servings. One serving= 170 calories, 6 grams fat, 6 grams protein, 23 grams carbohydrates, 343 mg. sodium
