Sandwich Rolls:
The Daily Staple

There is no need to feel like sandwich rolls have to be off the menu. Try this recipe for a good burger bun for your next family get-together. They will never know they are eating allergy free.

Recipe Book

(dye, gluten, peanut, tree nut free)

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 2 tsp. gf baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Sesame Seeds-optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the first seven ingredients and mix thoroughly. Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix lightly till combined.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Place two rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet approximately 2" apart for each sandwich.Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
