Roasted Vegetables:
Plain and Simple

Serving plain and simple roasted vegetables does not necessarily mean dull and boring. This recipe can be baked in the oven or fresh from the bar-b-que grill is great for a summer picnic.

Recipe Book

(corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut free)

  • Potatoes
  • Parsnips
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Turnips

Cut the vegetables into large chunks. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with olive oil. Drizzzle olive oil on all of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
