Roasted Lamb:
Sweet and Succulent

Very easy, but still with an exceptional flavor, many people feel roasted lamb is not very tasty. It is all in the way it is cooked to bring out its best flavor.

(corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, and tree nut free)

  • Half leg of lamb (bone-in or boneless)
  • Sea salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Season lamb with 1/2 tsp. salt.
Place fat side up in roasting pan. Bake 30 minutes per Lb of meat(2 lbs equals 60 minutes=1 hour)
Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before carving. Meat thermometer should read 175 degrees equals medium/ 182 degrees equals well done.
Do not baste or turn the leg while cooking.
