Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine rice flour, salt and potato starch in a mixing bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or fork. Stir in enough cold water to make a soft dough. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Cover with waxed paper and roll out until 1/8" thick. Cut into 48 squares. Bake 10-15 minutes. For variety add the following before rolling out dough:
