Peanut Butter Cookies:
A Children's Fantasy And Still
Some Healthy Snacks

Peanut butter cookies are some quick and easy healthy snacks, that can be converted for many allergy restrictions, just by making a few quick substitutions as you are mixing up the batter.

Recipe Book

(corn, dairy, gluten and soy free(check nut butter if using purchased variety for soy)

  • 1 cup peanut butter (almond , cashew, sunflower or sesame butter can be substituted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Drop eight spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes.

Makes eight cookies. One cookie=300 calories, 17 grams fat,9 grams protein, 32 grams carbohydrates, 160 mg sodium
