Homemade Rice Flour Noodles:
A Tasty Alternative

Have you ever noticed how much better homemade noodles taste? Homemade rice flour noodles is a version for a delicious spaghetti meal where the whole family will be asking for seconds.

Recipe Book

(dairy, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut free)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup rice flour

Using a fork or whisk, beat the eggs and water till frothy. Add the dry ingredients and mix in. Dough must be stiff but workable.(Add more flour or water if necessary) Knead the dough thoroughly on a rice floured board. Roll out as thin as possible. Cut into 1/4 inch wide strips Let dry at least **1 hour.
Cook in boiling salted water or homemade broth for 10 minutes.

  • Serve with Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs

    ** Drying time is necessary or noodles will all break into pieces in broth.
