Fruit Kebobs:
So Quick, So Simple ,But Honest
Healthy Snacks

Quick and easy Fruit kebobs are great as a summertime refresher on hot and sultry days. Serving this healthy snacks as a kebob though just makes the ordinary become extraordinarily fun.

Recipe Book

(corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, and tree nut free)

  • Fresh grapes
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Strawberries
  • Melon(cantaloupe or honeydew)wedges
  • Fresh Peach chunks
  • any fruit combination of your choice

Thread fruits onto a 6" wooden skewer. Grill lightly on top of grill rack if desired. Serve with dip if desired.

Honey Nut/Seed Dip For Fruit

(corn(check yogurt label), dairy(use soy yogurt), egg, gluten,peanut, tree nut(if using sunflower seeds), soy(use cow milk yogurt) free

  • plain yogurt(use dairy free or tofu if necessary)
  • 2 1/2 T. honey
  • 3 T. slivered almonds or sunflower seeds

Mix all ingredients together and serve with the kebobs.
