Fresh Veggie Chips:
Snack Chips Worthy Of The Title
Healthy Snacks

Not all people are in love with vegetables so finding a way to make them enjoyable is good for their health. Fresh Veggie Chips is a quick and easy way to take almost any kind of fresh vegetable and make some healthy snacks which are palatable to the picky eater.

Recipe Book

(corn , dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut free)

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • approximately 2 cups fresh mixed vegetables- choose from carrots, green beans, kale, potatoes, sugar peas, parsnips, etc.,all thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thinly coat all vegetable slices very lightly with olive oil. Oil a large cookie sheet, place vegetable slices on it in a single layer and bake. Salt if desired. Flip the pieces half way through baking if desired. Check often until lightly browned. (Usually approximately 8-15 minutes, depending on variety of vegetable.) Transfer to a paper-towel lined dish.
