Chili Sauce:
Spicy Or Hot,Your Choice
For Healthy Snacks

Chili Sauce can be used to highlight any ground beef, hot dog, sausage or just about anywhere you like that warm and spicy flavor to come through. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes needed to accommodate your family's tastes for some good-tasting healthy snacks..

Recipe Book

(corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut free)

  • 6 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard( grind your own in coffee grinder)

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium low heat for 45 to 60 minutes, uncovered until thickened. Stir frequently to prevent sticking and scorching. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
