Breading Mix:
Easy Finish To Dress Up A Meal

Want to take an ordinary dinner and make it extraordinary? Try some breading mix for your meats, seafood, or vegetables before baking or frying.

Recipe Book

(corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy, tree nut free)

  • 1 cup potato flour (not potato starch)
  • 1 cup arrowroot
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder (corn and gluten free)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and store in a dry, dark place in an airtight container. Use within three months.
Tips: Do not re-use any breading mix already dipped into any food product. Discard any remaining mix after each use.
