MarinadeIn a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, arrowroot, vinegar, ginger, red pepper and garlic.Trim fat from meat. Cut meat across the grain into 1/8 inch slices. Add meat to marinade. Toss to coat on all sides. Cover and let stand while you prepare vegetables. Cut broccoli into florets. Cut stems into 1/4 inch slices. Add the remaining oil and stir fry vegetables until crisp tender,approximately 5 minutes. Add broth and meat and simmer while preparing squash. Summer Squash PreparationTo microwave: Prick squash(about a 4lb size) with a fork to make steam holes. Place on a paper towel in the microwave. Cook on high for 8 minutes. Turn over and cook on high another 7 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from the oven. Cut and scoop out seeds and shred squash by pulling it out with a fork.Place the spaghetti squash on a dinner plate and top with the beef broccoli mixture. Serve. *** Homemade Soy Sauce
