Bar-B-Que Chicken:
Finger Dripping Good

How about a taste of summer while the snow is falling, the wind is howling and the aroma from your kitchen says Bar-b-Que Chicken.

Recipe Book

(dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, tree nut free)

  • 1 can 5.5 oz. tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T. butter or margarine(dairy free)
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Lb chicken legs or thighs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small saucepan and cook for 10 minutes on med-low heat.Arrange chicken pieces in a baking pan in a single layer. Pour sauce mixture over and coat all chicken pieces. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.Remove foil lid, baste chicken pieces with juices and allow to bake for 20-25 more minutes until done.
