Banana Freeze Bites:
Fruity and Fun
Healthy Snacks

Fruity and Fun! Banana freeze bites can be prepared to be some healthy snacks or splurge a little and make some to your desired tastes. Either way, they are like a frozen banana but in bite size pieces. Pop one in your mouth for a new cool and crisp summertime treat.

Recipe Book

(corn, dairy, dye, egg, gluten, peanut, soy tree nut free)

  • 1 or 2 bunches of firm yellow bananas
  • Toppings of your choice which is safe for your diet
    Roll in honey, agave nectar or melted dairy free/ soy free chocolate chips. Top with crushed nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, toasted coconut, sprinkles etc.

Peel bananas and cut into chunks approximately 1" long. Freeze for 30 minutes till cold.
Prepare your selection of toppings in small serving bowls. Remove banana chunks from freezer. Coat with a liquid ingredient and then sprinkle with topping before liquid is completely set up.
