Allergy Dairy Symptom:
Avoiding Milk And Trying To
Find Healthy Snacks

Because you noticed any allergy dairy symptom after eating what you believed to be some healthy snacks, most people initially state to their doctor "I do not know what is wrong with me" is the general complaint. A doctor can usually tell by the following list of symptoms that you are dealing with a food allergy. Most people will claim:

  • Loss of appetite

  • canker sores in and around the mouth

  • vomiting or spitting up

  • colic

  • excessive gas and bloating

  • diarrhea

If the complaint also includes blood in the stool it is a sign you are probably dealing with a dairy and gluten intolerance or allergy.

Food intolerance symptoms can be anywhere between mild or up to an extremely serious condition. Frequently, if the symptoms are mild, most people can regulate their symptoms by just eating less of the offending food(s). With time and practice, most people learn their body's tolerance level before troublesome symptoms set in. With a true food allergy though, there is no eat a little, eat a lot. Any exposure to milk's proteins will result in allergy dairy symptoms.

The most allergenic of all of cow's milk proteins is B-lactoglobulin. This is one of the component parts of the whey protein. Following in order of their severity of symptoms is casein, lactalbumin, and bovine serum albumin.

You must understand though allergy symptoms can be observed with just one of these proteins or a combination of several. With testing, trial and error and your doctor, eventually it can be narrowed down which one of these proteins is causing your symptoms. But since milk proteins are present in all milk products, to date there is no way knowing which protein causing your problem can result in avoiding it if you eat any dairy products.
